Product Return Procedure

Returns are accepted within 3 months from the date of shipment (date of the delivery note) and provided the following apply::

Goods must be in the exact same condition as when they were shipped
There must be prior consultation with the company
The goods must be accompanied by the customer's delivery note, a copy of the purchase invoice, the delivery note and the following form completed before the goods are shipped.

Returns of goods after 3 months of invoicing will be charged 15% of the invoice value as an administration expense.
Returns of merchandise will not be accepted after one year (12 months) from the date of invoicing
Shipping costs are borne by the customer unless it is an error in the shipment of our company.
The credit note will be issued after quantitative and qualitative receipt.
Returns of special orders will not be accepted under any circumstances.

In case you wish to return the product you have purchased, you have the possibility to do so in 2 ways within 3 months from their shipment.

By delivering it/them in the original condition and packaging at our facilities in Athens / Thessaloniki by presenting the customer's delivery note, a copy of the purchase invoice, the delivery note and the following completed form..
By sending it / them at your own expense, in its original condition and packaging, at our facilities in Athens / Thessaloniki by presenting the customer's delivery note, a copy of the purchase invoice, the delivery note and the following completed form.
